Our mission is for our children to know Jesus, grow in His Word, and go tell others about Him.
In RHKids, we desire to provide a safe environment for them to learn about Jesus. We have security measures, onboarding processes, and training for all the leaders who serve in our ministry. All RHKids volunteers are required to complete a background check and trained to ensure that the care and safekeeping of our RHKids is top priority.
We also utilize a secure check-in system to note allergies, special needs, and provide a personal check-out code required for pick-up.
We want children to grow in their understanding of who God is and what He has done for them through Jesus!
In RHKids, children are challenged to see the Gospel in every story as well as identify books of the Bible and support family efforts to develop a basic sense of Biblical literacy. We teach our children from the Biggest Story Curriculum by Crossway. To learn more, visit thebiggeststory.com.

RHKids is not childcare, it is discipleship. We believe the gospel shapes our kids from the very beginning, and that God can work in any person’s heart regardless of age. In our 1s classroom, RHKids leaders spend the morning playing with your infant, singing gospel truths, trusting the Lord to use even these early moments to form faith.
When your child turns 2, they move into our preschool rooms, where they experience large group worship built around these gospel truths for the first time. Kids learn in community as they play, sing, dance, and build friendships with one another. Through storytelling, worship, and shared snack time, we help them begin to understand the good news of Jesus and what it means to belong to God’s family.
The Bible is God’s true Word. As kids continue to grow, they begin learning how to read and understand for themselves, and discipleship in RHKids grows alongside them. Along with the group worship they came to love in 2s and 3s, our 4s now read scripture together and work on committing it to memory as a class. Our leaders help kids engage God’s Word, ask questions, and discover that the Bible is for them as they learn what it looks like to follow Jesus with growing confidence.
As kids continue to grow and develop, we want to give them space to build deeper relationships and engage scripture more intentionally. In 5&UP, children gather for large group worship and teaching, followed by a time of small group discussion where RHKids leaders come alongside kids to ask good questions, hear their thoughts, and help them grow in their confidence to follow Jesus. Engaging crafts and activities help reinforce the message of the gospel and kids are encouraged to apply God’s Word to their everyday lives as they prepare to follow Jesus with increasing independence and a growing sense of mission.
Our Kids Ministry exists to glorify God by planting the gospel in the hearts of children through the truths of God’s Word so they can be rooted and grow in their faith. We minister to your children in age-appropriate environments.
